KEYNOTE SPEAKER - Ann Bancroft
Polar Explorer
One of the world’s preeminent polar explorers, Ann Bancroft has received numerous awards for her accomplishments and public service. She helps women and girls throughout the world pursue their dreams through grants provided by the Ann Bancroft Foundation and, through Bancroft Arnesen Explorem, offers education curricula aimed at inspiring young people to achieve their individual goals and fulfill their personal potential. She headed an all-woman team to the South Pole, becoming the first female to cross the ice to both the North and South Poles.
Teresa Kittridge - Founder and President 100 Rural Women
Teresa Kittridge, founder of 100 Rural Women, lives in Marcell Minnesota. She has spent much of her life serving rural people across the country, with a career that includes executive level leadership in the private, public and nonprofit sectors as well as serving in elected office. 100 Rural Women models her life’s work, by serving women in rural places to inspire leadership, create connections, networks, support civic engagement and encourage leadership.
Nevada Littlewolf - Executive Director Our Children MN
Nevada Littlewolf is the Executive Director for Our Children MN and the Campaign Manager for the Page Amendment, a Minnesota state amendment to the constitution to ensure quality public education and child-centered learning. She brings years of experience having worked across sectors of community, government, philanthropy, non-profit, and business. Nevada served on the Virginia City Council for ten years from 2009-2018. Nevada is a citizen of Leech Lake nation and has two children. She is the board chair of the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota, 2016 Bush Fellow and MPA student at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from University of Minnesota Duluth.
Maria Prussia - Owner and Founder MPX Fitness
Define the Fight founder Mariah Prussia is a professional boxer, self-defense expert, and Fargo’s first sanctioned professional female MMA fighter. She is a certified IBNFC nutrition coach and an ACE certified personal trainer, and was named one of the PFP top 15 personal trainers in the U.S. for 2015. She is the host of “Define the Fight” on 95.9 KRFF-FM and the owner and president of MPX Fitness. A single mother, she was named the 2020 North Dakota Mother of the Year.

Coach My Brand
Jodi Heilman is the owner of Coach My Brand, a professional coaching and brand strategy firm located in Fargo, ND. In 2016, she stepped off the corporate ladder and into entrepreneurship. Jodi works with corporate decision-makers and individuals to strengthen their brands, build credibility and earn greater trust within teams or with customers.
Jodi’s a volunteer and public speaker with a passion for empowering women.
